Sun Coast Enterprises is comprised of a team of building professionals with over 30 years of experience. We know that our construction customers have a high expectation of quality, cost effectiveness and delivery in a timely manner. The key to our success is that we make sure we understand exactly what our client wants regarding the specific site conditions, project type, customer needs and most importantly, the costs and time required for a successful delivery of the project. We make sure we have a clear picture and concrete understanding of these most important construction elements BEFORE we start a project. This helps to avoid costly and delaying mistakes or misunderstandings later on in the building project.

Sun Coast Enterprises is owned by F.C. LeVrier and Eric LeVrier.

F.C. LeVrier, ASID, CSI / President

F.C. graduated from St. Joseph Academy in 1965. Shortly thereafter, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and served our great nation from 1965-1969, retiring as an E5 Staff Sergeant. Upon completion of his service, F.C. enrolled and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Architecture.

He has since worked for several architectural firms until 1980, when he became an entrepreneur and opened his own firm. F.C. has been self-employed ever since. With over 30 years of experience, F.C. brings to Sun Coast Enterprises, Inc., a history of building and design experience.

Eric LeVrier / Vice President

Eric graduated from Irving MacArthur High School in 1985. Immediately after graduation, he started working in the construction field. Starting as a drywall mechanic, he learned various means and techniques in commercial construction. Eventually, he worked his way up to a Commercial Superintendent and then to Project Manager, working on projects such as interior finish-outs, commercial remodels, retail stores, churches and shopping centers.

At night, Eric attended North Lake Junior College with an emphasis in business and construction management. With over 20 years of experience, Eric’s steadfast history of construction expertise helps give Suncoast Enterprises its critical edge over other commercial construction contractors.
